Class of 2007
Lakewood St. Edward
Ranked in the top 100 Seniors Class of 2007 (Ohio High)

Diantae Morrow #1
");

By David Baugh

Lakewood St. Edward has arguably one of the best pair of safeties in the entire country.  Nate Oliver, Ohio State's first commit for the class of 2007, headlines the group, but free safety Diauntae Morrow doesn't take a backseat to anybody.  At 6'2, 185 pounds, Morrow has shown the ability to defend the pass and the awareness to come up and stop the run.  He has nice speed that allows him to cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time.  He is a solid tackler who delivers big hits to opposing players.   He has the makings to be a force in the defensive backfield at the next level, but a move to linebacker wouldn't be surprising.  Morrow is just one of those players that you bring in to play defense, and he'll find his way on the field.
