Why do you want to play college football? what should college coaches know?
My name is Jackson Reynolds, a sophomore linebacker at Bishop Watterson High School in Columbus, Ohio. I recently finished a strong sophomore season as our team’s starting Mike linebacker, leading the team with 136 tackles and 19 tackles for a loss. Playing this role has allowed me to command the defense, and I’m grateful for the leadership experience it has given me on the field. I have just been selected as All District, All Conference and Defensive Player of the Year. Football runs in my family—my father played at Ohio State and my grandfather at Oregon—and their influence has instilled in me a deep passion for the game and a commitment to hard work. I’m dedicated to excelling both on the field and in the classroom, and I am eager to continue this legacy at the college level. I’m especially excited about learning more about programs who emphasize success for both academics and athletics. Thank you for your time and consideration.
